ELC presents at CAIS Best Practices Conference in Montreal
Lesley Monette and Mary Anne Ballantyne presented the CIS eLearning Consortium model to CIS teachers and administrators from across the Canada at the CAIS Best Practices Conference in Montreal.
UOIT/ELC Now Grants Teachers first eLearning AQ Credit in Ontario!
The University of Ontario Insititute of Technology, a partner with ELC in the delivery of the unique Online Teaching and Learning course co-delivered between the two organizations, will now be granting all ELC teachers who successfully complete the course an OCT AQ credit. All ELC teachers presently take this course, which develops online teaching and course development skills. This program is available to all teachers whose schools are members of the CIS eLearning Consortium, including teachers who deliver ELC courses as well as for continued professional develop of existing member school staffs.

The topic of the presentation is: 21st Century Collaboration, Community and Excellence: Online Course Delivery As a Progressive and Sustainable Model of Learning for Today
